Our Story

 My name is Mario Chapa, and I am incredibly dedicated to serving God, my beloved family, and the amazing people who call the Valley home. Family is the cornerstone of my life and together, we share values of love, integrity, and kindness, which guide every step of my journey.


I graduated from Weslaco High, and furthered my education with a Business Degree from UT-Pan American. Building homes is my calling, and I truly enjoy working closely with my clients to create spaces that foster love and togetherness. My approach is grounded in education, communication, and transparency, all rooted in the family values I hold dear. It's an honor to serve the Rio Grande Valley, crafting not only homes but nurturing environments where families can flourish.
